How would you work with my team?
a. Our sales executive would become an integral member of your team. With management support, he/she will establish best sales practices, run weekly sales meetings, and ensure the success of your sales team. We call this fractional sales management support. He/she would serve as your part-time VP of Sales, or sales manager.
What is a fractional VP of Sales?
a. A fractional VP of Sales is an experienced sales management executive, who works for you at a “fraction” of a full-time VP of Sales or sales manager. Our executive becomes a member of your leadership team, working the amount of time that fits into your needs and budget.
Why does my company need a fractional VP of Sales?

What geography do you service?
a. We are located in the Indianapolis metro area. Due to the fact that we serve as a fractional sales leader for multiple clients, ideally our clients are located within a reasonable distance to one another. However in this virtual world, technology allows us to successfully partner with companies around the country.
How much does it cost?
a. There is no charge for the initial consultation. If you decide to move forward, we work on a fixed monthly retainer for the fractional amount you select (1/2 day per week, 1 day per week etc.). Since we are not on an hourly fee structure (like an attorney or tax advisor), you don’t need to worry about billing by the hour for a phone call when you need to talk with us.
Do you cater to specific industries?
a. All businesses need a formal sales process that promotes their business strategy. Having said this, the majority of our experience has been in the world of B2B sales this could include distribution, capital equipment, and B2B services of all types.
